The YOLO (You Only Live Once) philosophy of life is misleading because it undermines the existence of our spiritual lives.  If you live only for yourself, then you only experience yourself.  You miss the glory of God’s creation in this world entirely. When you acknowledge God and have a relationship with Him, you no longer only live once, you live twice! So don’t waste your life seeking the finite rewards of this life.  Live every second for your eternal life.  What if you only live once?
